Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a compassionate Caregiver (Memory Care) to support residents in a memory care neighborhood. You will assist with daily living activities, promote dignity, and help maintain independence in a warm, home-like setting.

Using dementia-informed approaches, you will monitor residents, document changes, and collaborate with the care team to create engaging activities that support cognitive function and emotional well-being.
