Job summary

Lighthouse Memory Care is seeking compassionate Care Partners to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You’ll provide personal care, assist with meals, and communicate changes to the Health & Wellness team to ensure safe, high-quality, individualized care each day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of caregiving or similar experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to pass health screenings and background checks.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings/night shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow each resident’s service plan in a friendly, respectful, and supportive manner.
• Document changes in resident condition per policy.
• Assist with meal service, dining, and maintain dining room cleanliness.
• Communicate important changes to Health & Wellness team.
• Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control guidelines.
• Promote safety and report unsafe actions immediately.
• Foster teamwork and positive interactions with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
