Job summary

The Waterford at Decatur is a Sonida Senior Living community seeking a Memory Care QMA to support residents with daily activities and medication assistance. You will work in memory care, following facility policies, and contribute to person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed or certified to administer medications per state requirements.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, and grooming.
• Monitor medication provision and document care accurately.
• Follow supervisor instructions and communicate resident health concerns.
