Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Giver to join our team. You will provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents while maintaining a safe, home-like environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining cleanliness, and promoting dignity and independence. CNA certification preferred; must be 18+ and able to communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred
• High School diploma/GED required
• Must be 18 years of age
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management and co-workers

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (e.g. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities
