Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Care Giver to provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a warm, home-like setting. This role emphasizes dignity, safety, and compassionate interaction to enhance residents’ daily lives.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining cleanliness, and encouraging independence while ensuring a safe environment. CNA preferred; HS diploma required; 18+ years old with strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities
