Rosemont, a Sonida Senior Living community in Kingwood, Texas, is seeking a Memory Care Aide to support residents in independent living, assisted living and memory care settings. • Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Performs caregiving duties in accordance with accepted standards of resident care.
• Assists with dressing, grooming, bathing, escorts and transfers.
• Assists residents with nutritional needs, including meals and proper fluids.
• Communicates effectively with residents, including those with dementia.
• Receives and reports changes in residents' conditions at shift start and end
