Job summary

Silverado is hiring Caregivers in the Las Vegas area to support residents with Alzheimer's and dementia in a memory care setting. You will provide compassionate daily living assistance, build meaningful relationships with residents and families, and help maintain a safe, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Comfortable working around animals and pets

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.)

• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team
