Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory-related conditions preferred.
- Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
- Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
- Active role: walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
- Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
- Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
