Job summary

The Village at Mill Landing in New York seeks an ADON to oversee our memory care program, delivering compassionate leadership and building meaningful relationships with residents and families. You will supervise health records, ensure regulatory compliance, create staffing schedules, hire and support memory care staff, and participate in on-call rotations to maintain exceptional care.

RN in good standing with NYS, 1 year of progressive management, 2+ years in a relevant setting; senior living

Qualifications

• RN in good standing with NYS.
• One year of progressive management experience required.
• A minimum of two years' relevant experience.
• Experience in senior living setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident health records and ensure compliance with state and company standards.
• Advocate for residents, developing creative, person-centered interventions.
• Create staffing schedules, hire and manage Memory Care staff, and help them thrive.
• Coordinate community resources to support residents' needs and enrich their lives.
• On-call rotation.
