Job summary

American Senior Communities, LLC is seeking an Activity Assistant for Memory Care at Monticello Healthcare. This part-time role focuses on enriching residents' lives with warmth, patience and genuine care, creating a joyful and engaging environment where seniors feel seen and valued.

Responsibilities include crafting age-appropriate activities, collaborating with the care team, and balancing schedules and prep to support holistic resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers and staff.
• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Successful completion of a State approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program or a CNA competency evaluation program approved by the State.

Responsibilities

• Enrich residents' lives with warmth, patience and genuine care to create a joyful, engaging environment.
• Coordinate with the care team to support residents holistically.
• Balance daily schedules, multiple residents and activity prep.
