Versailles Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Versailles, Ohio, is seeking a Memory Care Activity Assistant to join our compassionate Memory Care team. You will design engaging activities that support socialization, movement, creativity, and connection for residents living with dementia.

You’ll lead music, crafts, games, exercise, celebrations, and one-on-one visits, while adapting to each resident's abilities. Your warm, patient personality will help create a welcoming, joyful environment.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting in activities or dementia care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and leading daily activities for Memory Care residents
• Encourage resident participation and adapt activities to abilities
• Lead games, crafts, music, exercise, social events, and other programs
• Provide meaningful one-on-one interaction and companionship
• Decorate and prepare for holidays and resident celebrations
• Support a positive Memory Care environment
• Collaborate with nursing and teammates to support residents' quality of life
• Assist with documentation and activity-related tasks
