Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living, LLC in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking an Activities & Events Coordinator to plan and oversee resident activities across our memory care and assisted living communities. You will develop engaging programs that support physical, intellectual, social and emotional well-being, and coordinate events from start to finish.

The role requires strong verbal and written communication, organization, and the ability to motivate older adults.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in assisted living or memory care preferred.
• Proficient verbal and written communication.
• Ability to engage and motivate older adults.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and oversight of resident activities.
• Plan, schedule and conduct programs that address residents' physical, intellectual, social, emotional and spiritual well-being.
• Attend community events and coordinate from start to finish including setup and breakdown.
• Organize a calendar of events and activities.
• Be available for flexible hours, including evenings and every other weekend.
