Qualifications

• Requires CARE values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.
• HS diploma or GED or 1-3 months’ related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a State approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program or CNA program approved by the State.
