Qualifications

• Demonstrates CARE values across residents, family members, customers and staff.
• HS diploma or GED or related experience or training; or equivalent combination.
• Successful completion of a State approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program or CNA program approved by the State.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, age-appropriate activities for memory care residents.
• Support residents’ cognitive and physical well-being during activities.
• Collaborate closely with the care team to deliver holistic care.
• Balance daily schedules, prep activities, and resident needs.
