Job summary

Ashton Grove, a Continental Senior Living Management LLC community in Georgetown, KY, seeks a Full-Time Memory Care Activity Assistant to enrich residents' lives through engaging activities and compassionate interactions that support memory care needs.

Schedule: 9 am to 6:30 pm, every other weekend. Salary: $15.00–$15.75 hourly. You will plan, lead, and document activities, collaborate with the care team, and maintain a safe, welcoming space for residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and leading engaging activities tailored to residents with memory impairments.
• Encourage participation and provide one-on-one support during programs.
• Foster a positive, stimulating environment that promotes emotional well-being and social interaction.
• Document resident participation and progress in accordance with community standards.
• Collaborate with the Memory Care Director and care team to adapt activities to individual needs.
• Maintain a safe and clean activity space.
