This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED, CNA training, and a compassionate, team-oriented approach.

You will coordinate activities, support cognitive and physical well-being, and collaborate with the care team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Successful completion of a State approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program or CNA program approved by the State.

Responsibilities

• Provide memory care activities and engagement for residents.
• Support residents emotionally and socially to enhance quality of life.
