Job summary

Alto Evergreen Walk in Windsor, CT is seeking an Activity Assistant (Lifestyle Assistant) to support memory care programming with energy and creativity. You will lead daily activities, help plan the calendar, and build meaningful connections with residents.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, 21+ to drive, high energy and strong people skills. Previous senior living exposure is preferred; CDL is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license (state of vehicle operation)
• 21+ to drive community vehicles
• Experience with seniors or in senior living preferred
• No certifications required — right heart matters most
• Drug-free workplace policy applies

Responsibilities

• Assist Activities & Wellness Director in planning engaging daily programming for Memory Care residents
• Help prepare and distribute the monthly activity calendar
• Facilitate resident council meetings and support community engagement
• Build meaningful relationships with residents honoring their stories and abilities
• Coordinate volunteers and community groups to support programming
• Transport residents on outings safely with valid driver’s license
