Job summary

The Gardens At Fair Oaks is seeking a Memory Care Activity Assistant to plan and lead engaging programs for residents in the Memory Care Neighborhood. You will bring energy, empathy, and imagination to a team dedicated to meaningful days for seniors.

This full-time role requires creativity, compassion, and the ability to work weekends and evenings on planned activity events. You will support residents' social, emotional, and cognitive wellness in a warm, family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in assisted living or memory care preferred.
• Compassionate, energetic and creative personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings for planned activity events.

We’re looking for a creative and compassionate Memory Care Activity Assistant to help plan and lead engaging programs for residents in our 35-apartment Memory Care Neighborhood. Bring your energy, empathy, and imagination to a team that makes every day meaningful for our seniors.

Responsibilites

• Plan, organize, and lead group and one-on-one activities.
• Encourage resident participation to promote social, emotional, and cognitive wellness.
• Assist with outings, celebrations, and special events.
• Prepare and decorate common areas for holidays and themed activities.
• Support the Memory Care Activity Director and other team members as needed.
