Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Memory Care Coordinator to design and implement therapeutic and recreational activities tailored to the needs and interests of residents.
• Facilitate daily and weekly group activities and one-on-one engagements, ensuring a supportive and enjoyable environment.
• Assist in evaluating residents' progress and adapt activities to meet individual changes in abilities and preferences.
• Maintain records of activities and residents' participation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Contribute to a positive and energetic atmosphere by encouraging resident involvement and interaction.
• Provide compassionate and personalized support to residents during activities, adapting to their needs with sensitivity.
• Assist with the setup and cleanup of activity spaces to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Support residents during meal times and other daily routines as needed, ensuring comfort and well‑being.

Qualifications
