Job summary

AlmaVia of San Francisco is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan and implement meaningful activities for residents in memory care and assisted living. This on-call, on-site position offers engagement opportunities that enhance social, physical, and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities include coordinating events from start to finish, supporting the Life Enrichment Director, communicating with residents and families, and promoting the community’s values.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• First Aid and/or CPR training may be required in certain jurisdictions.
• Background screening and possible drug screen, fingerprinting, TB test per state/local guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement meaningful therapeutic activities and events for residents in memory care and assisted living.
• Assist in scheduling and conducting lifestyle programs addressing physical, intellectual, social, and emotional well-being.
• Attend community events and manage setup, facilitation, and breakdown of activities.
• Communicate with residents and families and support wellness program leadership.
• Promote the community’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
