Job summary

Sunol Creek Memory Care in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Full-Time Activities Assistant to plan and lead engaging activities, support residents, and help create meaningful experiences.

You will drive the small bus for outings, coordinate events, and build positive relationships with residents and teammates. Schedule is Sunday–Thursday; 21+ years old and CA Class C license required. Agemark offers free meals, daily pay, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid California Class C Driver’s License required.
• Safe driving record and ability to confidently operate the community’s small bus.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in senior living, memory care, activities, or related setting is helpful but not required.
• Creative, energetic, patient, and comfortable engaging with older adults.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and able to work a Sunday–Thursday full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and leading engaging activities, programs, and special events.
• Encourage resident participation and help create opportunities for connection and enjoyment.
• Support community outings, celebrations, and other special activities.
• Build positive relationships with residents and fellow team members.
• Help prepare and maintain activity spaces, supplies, and equipment.
• Drive the community’s small bus to safely transport residents for outings, appointments, and activities.
• Help create an active, welcoming environment where residents can have fun and stay connected.
