Qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team with a positive and professional attitude.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Memory Care Coordinator to design and implement activities.
• Facilitate daily and weekly group activities and one-on-one engagements.
• Assist in evaluating residents' progress and adapt activities.
• Maintain records of activities and residents' participation.
• Provide compassionate and personalized support to residents during activities.
