American Senior Communities is seeking a Memory Care Activity Assistant to join our team at West Bend Nursing & Rehabilitation in South Bend, IN. This full-time role from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM focuses on enriching residents' daily lives through meaningful activities and warm interactions.

You will collaborate with the care team to tailor activities for memory-impaired residents, promote engagement, and support overall well-being in a compassionate, integrity-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent training/experience.
• CNA training or state-approved CNA program is acceptable.
• Strong compassion and ability to connect with memory-impaired residents.
• Teamwork with caregiving staff to support residents holistically.
