Qualifications

• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values through compassion, accountability, relationships and excellence.
• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination.
• Successful completion of a State approved Nursing Assistant training/competency evaluation program or CNA program approved by the State.

Responsibilities
