Job summary

Dimensions Living Kenosha is seeking an Activities Assistant to support memory care residents with engaging programs and daily engagement. You will help plan and lead activities, coordinate a monthly calendar, and tailor events to residents’ abilities while promoting participation and joy.

The role requires memory care experience and a friendly, energetic approach. Opportunities include teamwork with Life Enrichment Directors and staff, plus training and growth within a mission-driven

Qualifications

• Memory care experience required.
• Experience in recreation, life enrichment, or senior living preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead engaging group and one-on-one activities for residents.
• Support a monthly calendar of events (games, crafts, fitness, music, outings, special events).
• Assist with transportation and supervision for outings and events.
• Set up and clean activity spaces, ensure materials are ready, and maintain records as needed.
• Decorate for holidays and events to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with Life Enrichment Directors, nursing staff, and volunteers to support the program.
