Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. is hiring a Memory Care Activities Assistant to support residents in Severna Park, MD. This part-time, 2nd shift role requires dedication to high-quality memory care and compassionate interaction.

Every other weekend is required. You will coordinate activities, supervise nursing staff on the shift, conduct rounds, and provide education to staff and families. Prior memory care or recreation experience is preferred; a High School Diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience managing clinical staff and coordinating with residents/families required
• Ability to work independently or part of a group
• Computer knowledge
• Previous long term care experience is required
• Memory Care or Recreations experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on all each unit multiple times throughout the shift.
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Administration
