Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Part-Time Program Coordinator for Memory Care in Ellisville. You will help design and lead engaging activities, coordinating a calendar that balances cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical and recreational options for residents.

You will work with the Entertainment & Programming team to arrange performances, outings, and transportation within community guidelines, helping residents participate fully in daily life.

Qualifications

• Experience as Programming Coordinator (Activities) preferred but not required.
• Proficient in use of Internet resources and current technology.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• At least 21 years old with 3 years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement adult-centric activities and events.
• Develop monthly program calendar balancing cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical and recreational activities.
• Arrange groups, organizations, or individuals to perform for or instruct residents.
• Influence and encourage resident participation through positive interactions.
• Support the Director, Entertainment & Programming with medical transportation and outings.
• Assist residents in entering and exiting community vehicles.
