LCB Senior Living, LLC is hiring a Memory Care Activities Assistant for The Residence at Boylston Place in Massachusetts. This full-time role offers benefits from day one and a wage band of $20.00–$22.00 per hour based on experience.

The candidate will plan and implement activities, assist with transportation, volunteers, and newsletters, while maintaining a warm relationship with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist in planning, developing, organizing and implementing activities.
• Ability to create interest in activities and motivate residents to participate daily.
• Must communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, and implementing all residence activities.
• Develop suggestions to expand the Activities Program.
• Assist with arranging transportation and escorts for residents to activities.
