Job summary

American Senior Communities’ Rosewalk Village Lafayette is seeking a Memory Care-Activity Assistant to enrich residents’ daily lives through engaging, age-appropriate activities and meaningful interactions. Full-time shifts are available. You will collaborate with the care team, uphold C.A.R.E.

values, and support residents’ physical and emotional needs. A high school diploma or GED is required, with CNA training or equivalent experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• State-approved CNA training and competency evaluation program or CNA program approved by the State.

Responsibilities

• Enrich and engage residents with memory care activities tailored to physical and cognitive abilities.
• Create engaging programs and provide a supportive presence for residents and families.
• Collaborate closely with the care team to support residents holistically.
• Balance daily activity schedules and prep with a compassionate, patient approach.
