Memory Care Activities Assistant (Part-Time)

Job Details

Support senior residents in our Memory Care department by planning, scheduling, and coordinating meaningful activities tailored to their needs, promoting their physical, mental, and social well-being.

Responsibilities

1. Support resident wellness through diverse activity programs for residents with varying memory loss stages.
2. Assist the Director of Life Enrichment in planning and coordinating activities, including seasonal events, following program guidelines.
3. Lead daily activities for Memory Care residents to enhance engagement and mental health.
4. Help prepare and distribute monthly event calendars to promote awareness and communication.
5. Collaborate with leadership and staff to address resident needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
• Six months' experience working with seniors in activities or life enrichment preferred.
• Memory Care experience is a plus.

Additional Details

Pay Range: $15.00/hr - $17.00/hr, based on experience.

Work Schedule: Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
