Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in activities coordination or elderly care is preferred but not required.

• Creativity and enthusiasm in developing and leading engaging activities.
• Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules for residents.
• Lead and facilitate group activities such as games, arts and crafts, music, exercise, and events.
• Interact with residents to support emotional and social needs and monitor safety.
• Document resident attendance, preferences, and participation levels as required.
• Set up and clean activity spaces, maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Support organization of special events like holidays, outings, or family nights.
