Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of Funeral Director or Funeral Arranger experience.
• Able to read, write and speak English fluently; bilingual is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
• Valid state issued driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meets with client families to listen and assist in arrangements under supervision of a licensed funeral director.
• Implements company training to present service and merchandise options to families.
• Conducts and attends services and visitations as required.
• Works on-call/first call as needed.
• Manages contracts, forms, and paperwork without supervision.
