Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Arranges, conducts and directs bereavement rites, including funeral and memorial ceremonies in a professional, organized and caring manner.
• Confirms authorization to proceed with the service arrangements.
• Assists with funeral services by coordinating parking, ushering, driving funeral vehicles and setup at services and cemetery.
• Provides aftercare including delivery of documentation, information on benefits, and pre-arrangements for next of kin.
• Ensures adherence to licensing authorities and company policies.
