This role involves conducting interviews, improving processes based on feedback, and representing the brand effectively. This flexible, remote role is ideal for someone who’s deeply curious about people, communicates with clarity and warmth, and has a strong sense of emotional intelligence. As the first point of contact for prospective members, you'll play a key role in shaping our community—making sure every applicant feels heard, understood, and genuinely excited about the possibility of joining Base.
Location: Remote
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Part-time (~20 hours/week), flexible scheduling
Interview Applicants – Conduct thoughtful interviews with prospective members
Track Trends & Improve Processes – Monitor patterns across interviews and share feedback to improve the member experience.
Collaborate with the Membership Team – Work closely with other Interviewers and departments to maintain a high-quality, diverse community.
Evolve the Interview Process – Develop new techniques and questions that help us better understand and match members.
Be a First Point of Connection – Build relationships with potential members and represent Base’s values from the very first conversation.
