Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Appointment Setter, you’ll be the friendly first voice our leads hear. These folks already raised their hand and asked to talk—your job is to make that connection count.

You’ll confirm their interest, explain how we help them connect with a licensed financial professional, and schedule a soft appointment that fits their schedule.

What You Bring:
