Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Longmont, CO is hiring a Member Service Associate to help members understand benefits, assist with purchases, process memberships and credit accounts, and support sales events. You will engage with customers, promote products and services, and contribute to meeting membership goals.

You will also uphold safety standards, retrieve items for orders, wrap and palletize merchandise, and ensure accuracy of invoices while providing friendly, reliable service to members.

Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member identifying their needs assisting with purchasing decisions locating merchandise resolving issues and concerns and promoting the Companys products and services
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies data and resources collaborating with managers coworkers customers and other business partners identifying priorities deadlines and expectations
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders pulling items from shelves scanning items wrapping and palletizing items ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices securing items until Members arrive
• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards procedures and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps following proper forklift spotting procedures and correcting unsafe situations
• Delivers results while putting the customer first balancing short and long-term priorities and considering how own work impacts the teams ability to deliver on our purpose
