Sam’s Club in Gainesville, FL is hiring for a full-time Membership Services Associate. You will develop and support Membership by explaining benefits, promoting value, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts while assisting members.

You will fulfill orders (Pull & Click), provide member service, follow safety standards, work with the team, and participate in promotions and events. Benefits include health, 401(k), PTO, and education programs.

• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders; ensures accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Delivers member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, and resolving issues.
• Adheres to safety, ethics, and integrity policies and participates in safety procedures.
