Job summary
Crunch Fitness in Tennessee is hiring a part-time Member Services Representative to join our clubs. This role is in-person at the front desk, focusing on excellent customer service and membership sales as you welcome members and guide them through tours and sign-ups.
You will respond to questions about memberships, services, and the gym, while following up with leads and referrals to grow the club’s membership base.
