Job summary
Crunch Fitness in Tennessee is hiring a personable Member Services Representative to greet members and provide a friendly front-desk experience. You’ll answer questions about memberships, services, and the gym, and give tours to help prospective members get started.
This part-time, in-person role offers morning or evening shifts, 4- and 8-hour blocks, and a chance to build customer service and sales skills in a fun, team-focused fitness environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in front-desk/customer service preferred.
- Ability to explain memberships and services clearly.
- Willingness to work mornings and evenings.
