Job summary
Crunch Fitness in Tennessee is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to greet members at the front desk, answer questions about memberships and services, and assist with tours for prospective members. This is a part-time, in-person position with morning and evening shifts.
Ideal candidates are outgoing, dependable, and enjoy helping people while gaining customer service and sales experience in a team-focused gym environment. Free club membership and employee discounts are offered.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Outgoing, friendly personality and dependable.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced gym environment and helping members.
Responsibilities
- Welcome members and provide a great front-desk experience.
- Answer questions about memberships, services, and the gym.
- Give gym tours and help prospective members get started.
- Follow up with leads and membership prospects.
