Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Nashville is hiring a Part-time Member Services Representative to greet members at the front desk, answer questions about memberships and the gym, and provide a welcoming, energetic first impression. You will give gym tours, help prospective members get started, follow up with leads, support membership sales, and referrals while keeping the club clean and organized.

Crunch Fitness is growing, and we're looking for energetic, friendly team members to join our Tennessee clubs!

As a Member Services Representative, you'll be one of the first people our members meet. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and is comfortable with both customer service and membership sales.

What You'll Do
