Job summary

Stretch Zone is hiring a Sales Associate in Michigan to drive membership sales, educate guests on practitioner-assisted stretching, and build lasting relationships with members. You’ll meet and exceed sales goals, follow up with leads, and provide exceptional customer service in a positive studio environment.

1–3 years of sales experience preferred; nights and weekends availability encouraged. We provide in-depth training and ongoing support to help you succeed in a wellness-focused team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Drive membership sales by educating guests on the benefits and value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Build relationships with prospective and current members and confidently guide them through the membership process.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through strong communication, follow-up, and consistent prospecting.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to generate appointments and new membership opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and addressing member questions and concerns.
• Support member retention through outstanding service, consistent communication, and meaningful relationships.
• Promote additional sessions and services when appropriate.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic studio environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to help drive overall studio success.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Sales experience is strongly preferred.
