Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our studio team in Texas. As a Studio Consultant, you will greet guests with energy, present the Orangetheory concept, and guide intros through their first workout.

You will sell memberships and follow up with prospects while supporting marketing events and maintaining a clean, organized studio. We offer extensive paid training, a competitive compensation package with commissions and bonuses, and a free studio membership.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and on paper.
• Able to engage newcomers and present the Orangetheory concept clearly.
• Capable of guiding intros and tours with energy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet studio guests with enthusiasm and provide knowledgeable introductions.
• Present the Orangetheory concept to interested individuals (intros).
• Give studio tours and guide intros through their first workout.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive and follow up with prospects.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events and keep the studio clean and organized.
