Qualifications

Sales experience is preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Stand/walk/sit for up to 8 hours; outdoor work in varying weather.

Responsibilities

Uphold customer service standards; greet customers by name and invite return visits.
Educate customers on wash plans and check in on their experience.
Engage with customers in the lot; answer questions and assist.
Strive to meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and promote memberships.
Influence sales best practices to grow membership numbers.
Maintain cash handling and register procedures for sales transactions.
Keep the location clean and organized; complete side-work and duties.
Work as part of a collaborative team with a positive attitude.
Comply with safety regulations and policies; perform tech tasks if needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Treat others with respect and dignity.
