Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Lift objects up to 50 pounds solo and 100+ pounds with help.
• Stand/walk/sit for up to 8 hours.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Flexible shifts including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the Rocket Guest Service Expectation Model with a friendly image and greet customers by name.
• Educate members about wash plans and check in on their experience.
• Assist customers in the lot and ensure a smooth visit.
• Meet sales targets and promote memberships.
• Maintain cash handling and register procedures.
• Keep the location clean and complete side-work as assigned.
• Collaborate with team to drive success and comply with safety rules.
