Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old; students are welcome and encouraged to apply!
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Individually lift objects off the ground weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Safely work with a team to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 100+ pounds.
• Stand, walk, or sit for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Mobility to work in areas that require kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Be available to work various shifts and holidays, based on the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the Rocket Guest Service Expectation Model by presenting a positive image and greeting customers warmly.
• Build memorable connections by educating members about wash plans and checking in on their experience.
• Engage with customers in the lot, answering questions and ensuring a smooth visit.
• Strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while promoting memberships.
• Maintain cash handling and register procedures for sales transactions.
• Keep the location clean and organized; complete side-work and tasks assigned by leadership.
• Work as part of a team in a collaborative, positive environment.
• Maintain awareness and compliance with safety regulations and policies.
• Perform basic to intermediate-level technology tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
