Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old; students are welcome and encouraged to apply!
• Sales experience is preferred
• Individually lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand, walk, or sit for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
• Must be able to work outside in varying weather conditions
• Be available to work various shifts and holidays

Responsibilities

• Uphold the Rocket Guest Service Expectation Model by presenting a positive, friendly image and greeting customers by name to create a memorable experience.
• Build connections with current and potential members by explaining wash plans and checking in on their experience during their visit.
• Engage with customers in the lot by answering questions and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable visit.
• Strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while promoting memberships and delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain cash handling and register procedures for sales transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized location and complete side-work and duties assigned by a manager to sustain operational excellence.
• Work as part of a team in a collaborative, positive environment and comply with safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership and treat others with respect and dignity at all times.
