The Fitness Sales leader involves daily staff supervision, management, and execution of sales and marketing functions. The Sales Manager is responsible for supervising and evaluating the Membership Advisors, achieving personal new membership quotas, implementing annual marketing plans, ensuring quality in prospecting, presentations, member orientation, and ongoing customer service. Accurate daily and monthly reporting and adherence to budgets are essential. This position plays an integral role on the Center’s management team with Manager on Duty responsibilities. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a commitment to fitness and wellness, continuous learning, and a business-oriented approach to job performance.

Ideal candidate:

• Has previous sales experience and a personal passion for fitness and improving lives.
• Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a health-related field.
• Minimum of three years of industry sales experience, with preferably two years in sales management within a fitness center or related business.
• Hands-on experience in fitness, rehabilitation, or personal training is helpful.
• Demonstrated success in establishing and surpassing performance goals.
• Customer service background preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. CPR and AED Certified.
