Job summary

ModWash in Pittsburgh seeks a Guest Experience Associate to help drive memberships and deliver a legendary car wash experience for every guest. You will educate customers on membership value, present the available packages, and guide them to choose the best plan to suit their needs.

Stay alert and engaged with guests before and after the wash to ensure 100% satisfaction, while collaborating with a tight-knit team to meet sales goals and keep the location clean and welcoming.
