Job summary

SweatHouz in Arlington, VA is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver a welcoming, sales-driven experience. You will promote studio memberships and retail options, building relationships that drive membership and revenue growth.

Join a dynamic team, greet guests, assist with suites, and maintain cleanliness while recording guest notes in Prospr. Multiple shifts available, in-person work with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales or customer service.
• Experience with membership sales is a significant advantage.
• CPR & First Aid Certification

Responsibilities

• Effectively promote and sell memberships and packages to guests.
• Warmly greet guests and ensure a hospitable experience.
• Work with the studio manager to achieve sales targets and strengthen member relationships.
• Escort guests to their suites, providing assistance and information as needed.
• Clean and prepare suites between client sessions, maintaining cleanliness.
• Inspect suites to uphold high presentation standards.
• Manage laundry tasks to ensure clean linens for guests.
• Record detailed notes on new guests in Prospr.
